Description
So this is the first time i see this map generation (i didn't run Meph that much, so i can't say if it happens often or not). I def didn't expect to be in the middle of the map and i decided to share it with you

Shit happens.
It's rare for the entrance to spawn "internally", so when that happens it can waste a lot of time searching for it. Luckily I don't go there that often anymore.
Yep, it is possible, though somewhat rare.
When generating an area map, the game makes sure that the Entrance, WP, and Exit tiles have a certain relationship to each other.
Those relationships usually pan out so that the Exit to D3 tile is on an Edge, but technically speaking, so long as those relationship are achieved, it can be anywhere.

that happened to me too. I didn't have Teleport when that happened. made me run around like a mad man trying to find that darn entrance

I keep thinking if Mephisto was in lvl1 instead of lvl3 I would kill him much quicker.
first Meph run in 2 days and that thing again, hate it
