Bought jewel off seller, they marked as sold to me as i had already commented.
Normally it comes up with a green section with an option to give +1 trust to buyer but this one didn't.
It definitely says sold to me though when I highlight the little lock icon in the top left.

Not a bug, just seller didn't enter your name properly - hadn't been selected from the dropdown/suggestions. I've done that for him, so you'll be able to see that button now.
Offers for Runes, Keys and Essences always considered.
