I've never seen one of these, can't tell if I think it's junk or not. I think one more affix for skills or sockets and it would be gg, or possibly even with just higher rolls on the existing affixes.
I think it can be vendored, but that's essentially +42 vitality, plus mana and all res. Thoughts?

All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
Energy and Mana aren't really direct replacements of Vitality, since no one is investing a required amount of energy to wear gear like strength/dex. Without any other decent mods it is unfortunately Charsi.
