Just to clear up the confusion that I myself also had:
36 = 36 hours. As in "some time in the next 36 hours".

Info being shared in the DClone discord is that on Friday 16:00 CET SC Ladder Asia will be walking. This is something that could need additional corroboration, also whether it is an open or a private walk (i.e. kept secret).

The DClone discord is at the moment planning to walk SC ladder again on Saturday, and HC ladder soon, as stated above. Both of these will be open events.

Doesn't seem like much of a secret private walk if "info being shared" includes time and region.

Or one can simply use a service like https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/. It's not that big of a deal.

I personally have no problem.... As far as people posting in correct time format my browser converts it on my local time on select event. But still as a person involved in software development ... not using UTC triggers me a lot.

Just type "4pm CET" into Google and let the magic happen.

That's too bad. I hope we'll get one for HC non-ladder if ladder walks remain private.

Personally I don’t see the point of private walks, unless they can sell all the SoJs super fast before the trackers notice. In that case Blizz should just implement a rate limit. Let the community come together and have good Annis guys. A good Anni takes a mediocre build and makes it viable by opening charm slots otherwise reserved for res and life. Without good gear people just want to run boring meta builds forever.

Walked now. That's the one that was kept secret by the contributors.

SC Asia Ladder should still be incoming in 15h, and SC America Ladder in 45h.

They all use skins - the runes are shaded in different colors and the keys are in different shape. usefule QoL if you ask me.
I'm guessing that its not a violation of ToS (too lazy to read) since it does not impact the game mechanics.
