Yeh I wont lie it's been pretty hard to find decent games, and even when I do it's like an 80% chance I will fail to join it.

Almost sounds like your lobby is bugged or something.
I've had a ton of games for everything you need in all 3 difficulties. Rarely managed to team my way through everything so easily.
