Not exactly an error; it just hasn't been updated to specify that it excludes D2R. It does, however, still apply to legacy D2 ladder and single player.
I was just noticing that. Various other items have the same marker. Maybe just get rid of that and put a disclaimer @ the of the page?
Rather confusing in a way, however intelligent.
Hover over it (the bit that says ladder only), there is a note about the nuance for Resurrected.
Neat, I didn't know that hover text was there. It's only missing a mention of non-ladder.

I don't think you need to change the whole sentence. Just add "and non-ladder" to the end.
Added Non-Ladder to the end of this mini tooltip.
