I would say yes, Dilbert. Definitely. It is in the same speed class as a Voulge and a base for a number of frequently used Runewords, Infinity and Insight, to name just a couple. I don't think it will necessarily sell as well as a 4os Monarch shield, but it's certainly worth paying for.
