Rare ring and Crafted Amy - Price Check - What's missing?

Hi guys,

I can see the items below are not perfect and maybe

Charsi food but im new to pricing rare's so would like to know what you would value them on, and what they are missing for it to be a high end rare (so i can learn )
(i can see the ring has only single leech and a bit low on life but affixes are nice, the amy i think is a nice

Teleport amu but no clue how valuable or rare those are with affixes like this)

1) Single leech rings are not valuable generally unless it has FCR or other stats. Their hard to judge generally.

2) Any +1 skill ammy is lacking. Having

Teleport on an ammy isn't as good as having a staff or equivilent on the off hand.

Boots are actually decent, but hard to value.

4) Jewel is really just a 15ias jewel which are

Welcome. Generally when you're looking at rare items you have to think to yourself "Is this better than War Travs, Mara's,

Raven Frost" etc. There are some specific use cases for godly rares, but rule of thumb is compare to the typical best-in-slot unique. Cheers.
