PC/SWITCH Trade Filter

OS: sparkylinux
Steps to reproduce: Make a new trade and select the PC filter. Now edit the trade, both PC and Switch are selected (although the Switch filter doesn't seem to be actually applying to the trade if you press submit).
Anything else to add: This bug doesn't seem to be causing any effects.

This is a HARDCORE trade. PC only.
Fixed in 1.14.
