Database sorting bugged

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Database
- Go to Base Items
- Filter for Bows
- Sort by required dexterity

Anything else to add:
The results are not correctly sorted by dexterity but rather by some seeming overarching sort order first and then by dex within that. So you end up with a handful in decreasing dexterity order but then it suddenly jumps up again for the next one(s) and so on and so forth.

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to Database
- Go to runewords
- Find Edge
- Use the "missile weapons" link to navigate to missile weapons
- Sort by quality type

Anything else to add:
The results aren't sorted by quality type but what seems to simply be by "searches for quality types by text". As a result, Elite items that have a Normal attack speed for some class actually end up being sorted in with Normal, rather than Elite, presumably because a search for "normal" on them does return a result, even though it isn't for the quality type.
