Blood Hawk Super Nest

Anyone else ever seen this before? I didn't know that it was even possible for a

Blood Hawk Nest to spawn as a unique pack.

I have never seen this before. Didn't know it was possible.

I've seen it few times before, also did not know it was possible and can't remember if I have ever seen it years ago.

Yes, I see them once in a while, while going through the

Black Marsh. I normally just Blizzard or

Corpse Explosion them. But now that you bring it up, I dont remember it on LoD. Perhaps I just did not farm enough countess back then.

If i remember right, they only spawn if you activate a Shrine of Monster and the Nest is the next one. They cannot spawn normally.

Strange, I didn't activate that type of shrine.

I’ve seen it twice recently but never before. Doesn’t require monster shrine

I've seen it a couple times myself. A very disturbing sight, to see so many of them together like that. I can't remember ever seeing it in the olden days so maybe it's something that only happens in D2R? Or maybe it's just a rare spawn.

As for monster shrines, I'm sure that has the ability to turn an individual nest into an elite monster, but I don't think that would spawn minions for it as well. So I think this is indeed one of the map's normal spawns.

Ive definitely seen those in old LoD-Days. But never since D2R Release
