only argument i could make and its purely spectulation, is that because its not in a superior Mage Plate or Dusk Shroud (to which are popular and in high demand) that its almost like a counter to the high roll.
I guess thanks for the input. But it doesn't make sense to me. The less protective armor is more popular even though the str req on AP still isn't high at all.
