+2 PComb skills without +20% FCR hurts the value of this Circlet. the +30% FRW without 2 OS also hurts the value of this Circlet (can't put 2x +15% IAS jewels for Bowazon/Melee builds). That being said, if you want to use it for your own Smiter Paladin, it looks really good. If you are looking for a buyer.... that could be tough, it doesn't have what everyone is looking for. But it is possible you find someone who wants it, don't be surprised though if their offer is lower than what you expect. Personally, I believe the value of this item is Lum.
