Farm norm countess for Ith, Tal and Ral runes and use the cube in A2 to make an Ort. Especially useful for Hardcore characters
You can buy a 3 socketed Large Shield or Kite Shield from Fara at Lut Gholein (A2) on Normal difficulty.
