Yeah, the website's slow during peak hours & yes it's frustrating at times, but it's grown by over 60x in requests being made per 24h over the past 2 weeks or so. The one man dev team is doing his best. The servers have already been upgraded & optimizations have been(& are being) done, but it's just not possible to keep up with the growth currently. There's just no magic button they can press to make the website instantly faster & it's going to take time & money(This is all being provided for free after all & servers are expensive!).
Be patient, & if it's time critical, use discord or something for the time being.
