the aspd is good: +39%
the dmg is shit though: +351
I am not sure which stat is more important.
What would you guys consider the worth of it?

If you are a Fury Druid, IAS doesn't matter, if you are a WW barb, IAS doesn't matter, if you are a Smiter, there is a small wiggle room where 30 or 40 could matter since the bugged attack speeds in D2R. Damage matters for them all though.
In short, your Grief is (very likely) worth less than the runes you put in. :/
