wrong trade completed in profile

Steps to reproduce:
I had like 5-6 different tabs open each with a different trade listing I had made.
Anything else to add:
I completed a trade listing for a grand charm and now my profile shows i completed a listing for a Colossus Voulge that also still remains openly listed. The price checker tool shows the proper item (lion branded grand charm) and price ( Ist)having been exchanged though.
