Wizendraw is a useful bow especially for Amazons focusing strongly in

Freezing Arrow as the low physical damage of the bow will be offset by the high cold damage combined with the Cold Resistance piercing property of the bow.

Amazons have been known to use this as an alternative to

Lycander's Aim or Melody, and consensus tends to be that if you have maxed

Cold Arrow skills and wield many skill bonus items,

Wizendraw may actually do more damage but otherwise you might opt for another variant.

Since it fires Magic Arrows, this bow will not need or use a quiver.
