I have a

- Normal (though a superior shield)

Tal Rune
-
Amn rune
- Perfect Red Gem

It won't transmute. Am I missing something here? Yes I want to roll the luck to add sockets.

In that case it is good for you that you can't do it because it can roll between 1 and 4 sockets.
Larzuk is for me the way to go with a perfect
Monarch.
