I don't have a link but saw a video on reddit of Lister killing Uber Baal. In another video by the same person Lister was tanking Baal and diablo at the same time. The video didn't show the warlocks skill tree, but he had 2 other demons summoned. On Mephisto, I think he would be the hard uber to kill since he summons minions. But with the target minion skill maybe you can get your goats to hit him and skip all the skeletons. I've only killed ubers on project diablo 2.
