I wish there would be some more of the "real human bean" interactions in the game, like to have a shot with Geglash in the tavern.
One thing never leaves my mind since younger days of me playing D2: there should be a short event (level) between act 2 and act 3, where we have to fight those swarming tentacle beasts while on the ship

Larger storage space. I really really really really really ... really really really ... really really really dislike the limited space. Considering how much stuff is collected, the storage space 100% does not work with it.
I wish there was a NPC dialogue greeting the Assassin in Acts 1-4. Especially Natalya, I wish she had a whole different set of dialogues for her comrade
