I think is the same "rules" for the normal dropERRATA:
ilvl = "character level" -5 to +4 (random)
when you gameble
ilvl = "character level" -4 to +5 (random)
ilvl must be equal/higher to: max("quality level", "treasure class")
for you ta have a chance to gamble that unique/set
so:
"character level" >= max("quality level", "treasure class") + 4

eg Death's Guard has qlvl 8 so clvl should be
8+5
