My guess is, since Mosaic won't be in the new ladder, that the new Mosaic will be introduced in the next patch, i.e. next reset. (since content patches are only released around a ladder reset)

There are 6 new facets - only 2 are in the database.

(except he got the element wrong on Guardian's Light - it should be -magic res and +magic skill dmg, not cold, since it has "adds magic damage" and otherwise there'd be two cold based ones)
