Need help to get Missed Book of Skill from Radament (Nightmare)

Hi

I was leveling my character on a public game, and somebody finished Act 2 Quest 1 (I was on Act 1 finishing some quest at that time...)
I thought that on may next new game

Radament would drop the

Book of Skill to me... but that not happen

On this post

they said that I can get the book on public game of somebody that did not complete the quest yet.

Can somebody help me with that?
(somebody that is leveling a character, invite me for the to the game before doing the Act 2 Quest 1)

Created a new game, the quest 1, that was marked as completed on the previous game, now was incomplete with the text "Kill

Radament"
I killed it, and he dropped

Book of Skill

On my previous game the quest 1 was incomplete too at the start (didn't remember the message), but

Radament didn't drop the

Book of Skill

My guess:

On my first public game (where the other player completed the quest), the quest ended up incomplete, but in a later status (probably "Return to

Atma for reward"), so kill

Radament again did not drop the book.

When I talked to

Atma (completing the quest), the game probably perceive that I still didn't get the extra skill point, so on the next game, the quest is reverted to incomplete, but in a earlier status ("Kill

Radament"), and so

Radament dropped the book.

Did you go and talk with

Atma before killing

I Just opened the quest window to confirm that Quest 1 was incomplete (didn't see the text), and went to sweers. After killed

Radament (no book dropped), I opened que Quest window and it was with the text "talk to

Atma for reward".
I guess that the quest was already on that status when I created the game.

Ok. I had a similar quest error in december, when i just started playing this game again.

Second attempt to complete quest I went through all the steps and it worked then. Iam not sure if that was coincidal or that actually made it work.

Been avoiding puplic games when doing quest since then.

An additional note on strange behaviors:

If somebody had already completed Act 2 quest 6 in a game with you but you still didn't,

Staff of Kings and

Amulet of the Viper will not drop for you (even Quest 3 still being incomplete and asking you to destroy the altar...)
But in this case, the entrance to

Tal Rasha's Chamber will be already opened on the real

Tal Rasha's Tomb .
(My guess is that this will happen even if another player had only opened the entrance, but

Duriel were not killed)
