Introduction

Energy Shield

Fireball sorceress (ESFB), are easy to make, easy to equip, with few or no stash items required, relatively straightforward to play with a good learning curve (name lock) and do massive damage.
Assassin and max

Fist of the Heavens Paladin would be the only hard counters. But it's still doable. Otherwise they have no real weaknesses and with practice you will be competitive against just about every build.

Strength: Enough for gear 60 for

Frostburn build, 53 ethereal
Dexterity: Enough for max block 99 for

Hell Rushed. All stat/skill quests completed.
Rushed Level 49 have 255 attribute points and 60 skill points.

Gear:

When it comes to gear you really don't have to switch too many items.

Whitstan's Guard for max block against melee,

Lidless Wall against casters. Can also use damage armour versus elemental.
A cold res setup is also a good thing to have (but you can win without it).
