Does the amulet stats affect our mercs and minions? For example does an amulet with + damage to demons apply to skeletons, golems, mercenaries etc?

Assuming you are still talking about Seraph's Hymn, like you posted on the item's page (and I answered you there), the answer's no.
It only affects you.
Minions and mercenary only get bonuses from their own gear/stats (merc), your skill level (minions) and active auras.

If you get a PM offer, post it in the trade. Promote healthy competition instead of settling for less. 
It does not. No stats from your gear impact your merc and minions other than, of course, things like auras and +skills.
Sunder charms may be the only other exception; I know that Assassin traps benefit but I'm not sure about Necro minions. I assume yes.
