Hustle rune word - softcore non ladder

hello,
I need an advice please.. I tried to do a Hustle rune word in my 3 socket bow, but it didnt work (the bow became normal gemmed item with three runes). I checked it again and then I realised that the rune word is only for ladder game. Ok, my fault and my stupidity, that´s fair. But then I checked the market here and I saw several Hustle bows there for trade even in the non ladder game. How is that possible please? thanks!

Ladder is played in seasons, which reset every 3-4 months. When ladder season resets, all ladder characters (including all items equipped and in their stashes) become non-ladder, so everyone has to start from 0 in the new ladder season. That's how ladder-only rune words become available on non-ladder - people make them on ladder during a season, and when that season ends, it ends up on non-ladder, where they can keep using it, trade it, etc.

I can put it in any base you want, like if you'd prefer a higher damage base (

Hunter's Bow has fairly low damage). How much Dexterity do you have? I'm assuming this is for an Amazon since you specifically want a bow? (Hustle works in any 3-socket weapon)

Ah, I was just curious if you could wield any bow base, and yes, it certainly sounds like you can Unless you want to use it on multiple charaters, one the fastest elite bows would probably be for the best - fastest since you're going to use it for the proc and higher speed equals more shots per second, and elite because more damage is better (right?). That would be one of

Blade Bow,

Great Bow or

Matriarchal Bow (which has the added benefit of possibly having +X to Bow and Crowsbow skills). I think

Matriarchal Bow would be the easiest one to acquire since it's a popular base.

Either way - you don't need to give me a base nor any runes. I need to make it on ladder, since it's a ladder-only rune word, and I won't have much use of the bow base anyway if you give me one on non-ladder. After I've made it, you just need to create a new ladder character to which I can hand over the bow. You don't need to play the character, it's just to receive the bow and to store it in inventory/stash. After ladder resets in 2-2½ months, it will automatically end up on non-ladder and you can hand it over to your Amazon.

The only other alternative would be to trade for one that someone already made during a previous ladder season and which has already ended up on NL. That would be faster (no need to wait for ladder season reset), but might be expensive. Unless someone else here already has one ready-made and is willing to part with it for free/cheap.

I read that it´s quite useful stuff for bowazon build which I am playing now.
There are people on the trade market selling it for high runes. I have some ists and jahs, so I can definitely afford it, I just wasnt sure if it´s worth it. Well, if it´s not a big deal for you to make one, I will appreciate it and of course pay something on NL game, waiting is fine for me.. but as I said, I can also trade it here soon or later.
