How does the item comparison tooltip work in Resurrected?

Description
Item comparison tooltips are going to be very basic - there will be no stats comparisons, just the ability to view the other item alongside your equipped item.
Comparing items with new tooltip extension.

D2R need a compare tool with a original item like 13 FCR (10 - 15 FCR). So, we can know if it is a good item or not.
Can be for unique items or for all items.
