Before this there were lots of people who posted in here just once or twice, then weeks/months would go by before they actually won, and they had long forgotten about the whole thing and never responded after being drawn, forcing me to wait for a reply, then redraw, sometimes multiple times. I wanted to avoid that situation, that’s why I changed the rule.
EDIT: If you really don't want to re-post for every round I suppose I can make a note to always keep you in the draw even if you don't post.
- The point system is described in the rules section. You get a gear score based on how many gear slots are filled (not counting inventory). The max is 16. If you leave a gear slot empty or if your build includes an item that is no longer available, that reduces your score (-1 for each empty/invalid slot). Having won previously also reduces your score slightly (-1 for each win). If you have never won before, you get a multiplier to your score that increases with each lost round. The multiplier is new starting with round 51, but the basic point rules were mostly the same the whole time - I just never posted the full table like that before.
The rules are always open for revisal, and I will see how I feel after a few more rounds, if I think I need to make any adjustments.
