Finally got War Travs to Drop!!!

Since playing this game, I've found

Ber,

Zod,

Lo,

Death's Fathom, and

Crown of Ages, but I never was able to get War Travs to drop until now!!

...only to find out that they're

Eth

RNGeezus giveth, and RNGeezus taketh away.

I guess with the decent luck on other drops, it was bound to regress to the mean

Use them until they break my friend, maybe you get a non-

Eth pair with these on!!
Perhaps a Sorceress may have them for a long time. If you are hitting

Travincal with a

Frenzy barb? perhaps a day.

I'm on a Hammerdin. I'll just buy a pair with an

Ist when the durability drops under 10 or something

I haven't found any of the stuff that you found yet (highest rune is

Vex), except, I found probably 5 pairs of War Travelers, all non-

Eth.

It's not all bad though, I've found at least 4 or 5 Stone of Jordan as well.

RNG can be a weird thing. Had about 4 SOJs, 2 BKs, yet one

War Traveler to date and never seen a

Harlequin Crest drop ...

Well that's not super surprising, as sets are generally more common than uniques. I've also seen a lot of aldurs (maybe 4)

Got 4x Mavina bows within 2 game days. Just in a row. Already sold 2 within full mav sets, but 2 other are still on a mule... Not that I complain, just my 5 cents here about rng. On the contrary - found and sold either 4 or 5

Windforce bows as well in D2R.
But never ever found SoJ, for example. Tons of golden rings - but not a single damn soj EVER in my life xD. Some items in the game for me are sort of "cursed", it seems.

War Travs have eluded me like crazy since launch too. Been playing on average probably a couple of hours a day since 9/23 and literally found my first pair a couple days ago. Didn’t roll

In my case and a friend of mine as well, the item that we couldn't find forever was

Arachnid Mesh. We each have found 1 now and they were both

Eth. I've almost broken mine on a summon necro, but that's about the only class that can make it last any amount of time.
