In addition to the history tool Teebling linked, unfortunately at required level 96, that is a very low-value ring. I don't think anyone would give you a trade offer for it.

- 5% LL, max is 8%, so that's average
- 2 str, max possible is 20, so that is very, very bad
- 17 life, max possible is 40, so that's slightly worse than average
- 7 stamina, max possible is 20, so that's bad--more importantly, +stamina is an affix buyers don't want to see
- 7% MF, max is 25%, so that is bad
