Description

Nosferatu's Coil is a fantastic belt for any melee character.

It's two most notorious properties are not only pretty amazing mods per se but also are pretty rare for the belt slot:

Slow Target by 10%, which only appears in two belts: this one and
Arachnid Mesh.

Similarly,
Nosferatu's Coil is one of the only two belts in the game that can increase attack speed - the other being
Goldwrap, which doesn't offer any other offensive property.

Other than those, additional life leech and mana per kill are still pretty useful for any melee fighter and +15 strength is also amazing since it can provide extra physical damage or allow the user to allocate more points into dexterity/vitality.
