Am I to infer the lack of responses implies it's not worth anything?
It's probably the best base for the best runeword for bow zons. So I'd say it's probably worth an emperor's ransom

Most people are looking for Grand Matron Bow with those stats so gonna be very difficult to sell that.

According to this price list, only the grand matron now worth 3-4 hr. But I think you can get with luck 1-2 Ist

I think its worth quite a bit more than 2 Ist
Grand Matron Bow is preferred for Faith, this is preferred for Ice. It's very expensive, but needs +AR as well for the multiple high runes price range
