I found a Ceremonial Bow with +3 Bow and Crossow Skill + 15% ED. I checked the history. There was a +3 / +10% ED Bow 1 year ago with a value of Ist. Is my bow worth of Gul or Vex? Or is it not so worthy due to being an exceptional type bow?

On non-ladder you can get Gul for it. But it will take long to sell. Bow runewords usually need 4os. You are looking for that one person that for wants 5os and an exceptional base for some reason. Can take half a year or so...
