Do you speak of in-game stash (I think) or diablo2.io stash ?

In the latter case n8mare answered.
In the first *it seems* (but with Blizzard you're never sure) that:
- your personal stash for your guy is fine as it's transferred with the guy to NL
- others are transferred as additional shared stashes from where you can move stuff from but not put stuff into.

Once again, to take with caution.
And better have these empty when ladder s2 ends as these will probably overwrite s1 shared. :)

Finally, if you have too many high runes in ladder, feel free to donate some ! ^^

Admin here - as far as this site goes, your listings will all be made non-ladder automatically when season 2 goes live.

As for the game itself, this topic answers your question:

I heard that you will keep the shared ladder tabs as extra tabs that you can only take items out of and that will be over-ridden when the next ladder ends.
