I've never played a Necro main in 24 years so I have no clue if this is worth anything

Quite good with 2/20 + all res.
However 3 other affixes are poor, so value in non ladder should not go super high, perhaps to Vex.
Not sure for ladder, perhaps Ist to Vex

Yep. I understand it would be a lower rune for Ladder
