Sorry, neither is worth a high rune. The lvl 48 one is an interesting 3- or 3.5-point, you might get a buyer for it. You might get a few Perfect Gems for the lvl 74 one, if someone were desperate for dual leech.
I would personally vendor the level 74. Maybe Ko-Lem for the lvl 48? I don't think it's worth Pul, but you never know. gl
