Working under the assumption that you're building an all-round zealot and not an uber runner, I'd say drop dracul's for
Steelrend
and Pride for reaper's.

Given, you'd then have to replace your ML ring with a DL ring to get some sort of life leech back but it would
a) increase your dmg due to
Steelrend

b) very significantly increase your dmg on reaper's proc as compared to Pride
c) massively boost your merc's dmg because reaper's actually has significant dmg, as opposed to Pride
and d) give you something to deal with phys immunes very easily
Zealots attack fast enough (and kill fast enough) to make open wounds hardly worth it on most mobs and still be re-applied before it runs out with just gore regardless.

I'd assume you picked a
Balrog Skin
as your fort base for the looks? If not for that, Archon beats it in every way:
- higher def
- lower str req
- no speed penalty (which in turn results in higher clear speed)

Something else to consider may be dropping Guillaume's for something with significant res (veil, CoA, ..) to open up your charms and let you get more dmg there. As baller as crushing blow is for an uber runner, when just zealing all over the place, things die so fast and get hit so hard compared to their life pool that crushing is quite often not even a noticable difference anymore as compared to even more dmg (judging by the number of hits to kill). But I can't claim to have done the math on that one..just basing that on personal experience.

OP
Thanks for your advice.
a) running dracs because on 8 split runs large undead packs can hurt me
b) was running reapers for a long time, and i gave up on d2 AI to rely on
d) i am figuring this from the beggining what can easily deal with phys immunes especially when they are in big packs

Yes,
Balrog Skin
for the looks :)
I am surprised u didnt comment my
Ber
'ed Guillame :D

I did in the addition.
Though I didn't even notice the
Ber
..everytime I see a Guillaume I just go "mweh" and look away. ;)

OP
not sure if i want to give up Guillame, that crushing blow is cool for
Baal
and deadly strike rocks with Grief. Will put it to planner and will see.

Added CoA, put 2x 40ed jewels and added 3 10 dmg GC and damage is only slightly higher than with guillame, not sure if worth it the big price of these charms and decent CoA. But thanks, maybe i will try it in future anyways :).

Oh, deadly strike is brilliant. But between Grief, Gore and HL, you already have 70% so its not like you're missing it all too often.
