Certainly a useful grand charm if you lack cold resist. However, its pretty far from a perfect roll (45life, 30cold res). Also, all res (up to +15) grand charms are the ones that can be valuable, especially with a good suffix. Otherwise you want skiller grand charms (there are a few other valuable grand charms in your inventory. Ppl who are willing to pay a lot for good charms will not be interested in this one. Most value you will get out of this grand charm is selfuse I'd say.
