Superior Elite Armor always 4 sockets?

I found a superior

Dusk Shroud and was wondering if there is any means to let it have 3 sockets?
Is there anything I can do with a non-

No, there is no way for you to roll 3 sockets in that armor. There are only two ways to add sockets to an item. The Lazurk Quest or this recipe: recipes/recipe-add-sockets-to-normal-bo ... t3313.html
That recipe does not work with superior items though.

Eth DS you can always make Fortitude or Chains of Honor for self-use. My smiter uses CoH for Ubers.

True - CoH didn't even come to mind - so I keep it I guess. I have terrible inventory management
