Crazy Baal runs

Baal runs today, softcore ladder. Someone drops a

Griffon's Eye each run for about a half dozen runs in a row. Picked up an 18/15 and felt partly guilty because I didn't understand what was going on. Then this dude (or gal) says they bulk buy unID'd Griffon's Eyes in search of a perfect def, 20/15 roll. Claims it's worth $2,000.00.

Who knows whether or not the endeavor makes much sense, to me it seemed totally insane. Nonetheless one of those fun D2 stories I thought worth sharing!

That's pretty far from perf though.

Sure, the -20/15 is what most would care about, hence the 18

Ber being perfectly reasonable.

But if you manage to get an actually perfect one, including the def, that tends to put things on a whole new level in terms of pricing.

That having been said, no clue about/no interest in RM pricing so no clue about the 2k. ^^

Yeah this individual actually hit the prefect def but was 1 off on the enemy light res. So they claimed anyway. And yeah I mean it's not like we can easily do a lookup what the RM pricing would be on something that rare I don't even know where to start lol.
