Rare Amazon Circlet

Hello, a few days ago I found this Amazon

Circlet, and it is ALMOST perfect, I know if instead of the reduced damage it had Fast run/walk or Atack speed it would be worth a fortune. Does anyone know if it is worth something? Thanks

Indeed, if we compare to the other ones it is not special at all, it is a shame it is not worth, gonna keep it anyway.
