Trade listing automatically converted to non-ladder indicator

Bug Report

Description

Device: PC
Browser: Firefox
OS: Win 10

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to any trade listing that was automatically converted to non-ladder with the new site patch
2) Observe the "this listing was automatically converted" note
3) Edit the trade listing to be a ladder listing again
4) The "automatically converted" note is still visible

Anything else to add:
For WTB listings in particular a
Conversion
to non-ladder was in many cases (all of mine for example) not desired and the listings are just as applicable to S2 as they were for S1. As a result, they would be manually changed back to ladder listings from the converted non-ladder one. After doing so however, you end up with a ladder listing that includes a note of having been converted to a non-ladder listing which in turn is bound to
Confuse
folks looking at the listing afterwards as to which mode it really is now. I'd suggest that note only be visible for actual non-ladder listings and disappear if a listing is in fact for ladder.

This is fixed in 1.41. I'll be running the migration in 3ish hours from now when ladder 3 starts. It will ignore WTB listings this time too.

Didn't think this far hehe, yep no worries I can fix it so that if Ladder is re-selected, the banner doesn't show.
