Okay sweet, I've fully developed and tested this feature. It even accounts for weird timezones that have 30/45 minute offsets now too.

Will be live with 1.41 :)

Added dynamic timestamps in 1.41.

Still aware of use case with just hours +- offset, will consider for next patch.
