yep, ladder will end soon probably and hopefuly that will be filled.

That was how I organised my items back in LoD using PlugY.
And also 100 pages of rare items that "could be useful someday or good for leveling".

This is why Blizzard needs to provide more tabs for us!

That is a thing of beauty.

Blizz could learn from PoE's stash system, I believe we will see changes to stash in future, despite being surely locked behind the paywall, im all in for the QoL

Cool collection. If only we had more character slots and inventory tabs, I might endeavor to go about gathering all that as well. I agree that they could definitely learn a thing or two from PoE in this regard.

I see this a 1.5 year old thread but an addition for the OP is that you can hold an additional item in your cursor when you save and exit as well, which grants you another potential 8 spaces per character.

I actually have a completed grail, with 3 mules for sets and 8 for uniques, but with leveled mules so they can wear the gear. The only caveat is that I also have 5 chars I play that have uniques on them (Nightwing Veil,

Death's Fathom for blizz sorc, griffons for trapsin, etc), that I would have to make more mules if I had to stash them.

I can provide pictures if anyone is interested (or the google sheet where I recorded which mule has what).

Never bothered keeping everything myself so never really looked into it but 11 chars total seems..surprisingly few.
Does that include your shared stash tabs as well or is it limited to really just those 11? (Minus the items you mentioned on your active chars of course)

I miscounted, there are 12 mules. I have not one space of shared stash used for this. Also, this is not technically a grail, since I traded a lot of the items. I started the project before knowing what a grail was, for me its more of a collection.

This would be impossible with 140 slots per character, but the math checks out if you count also

Horadric Cube and Gear slots.

These are the maximum slots that can be used per character:

Slots total: 221, this is 81 slots (57%) more than just using stash+inventory slots

This is a maximum, but the real number is lower. For example, I limited myself to level a char to lvl 32 max (too lazy to level a mule through NM), didn't level barbs, only amazons (have nearly 0 exp with barbs), so there are not enough equippable rings/helms, can only equip one weapon with one shield, etc.

The only items not stored in mules are:

Every other unique used by my other chars have a duplicate in a mule. In my last mule I have 25 empty slots, so I can technically store everything in 12 mules (when I get duplicates of the items above).

I'm thinking of expanding my collection, storing one of every runeword, and a char full with runes (5 of

El-

Lem, 4 of

Pul-

Zod). I don't think I have enough space though, maybe if we ever get 2 more chars.
