Can be used to make Runewords:

There isn't a way to make a game stay open permenently without a player in it.
But you dont really need to do that anymore with the shared stash tab to xfer loot between players.
If your looking to do it for another reason such as a character cant kill something, and you want to change to another one quickly to xfer back into the game it is possible without the game closing.

NON LADDER THIS IS NON LADDER NON NON LADDER ALL TRADES ARE NON LADDER
Create game. Done.
Games are auto-permed as soon as you create them. You no longer have to wait for x amount of time before you can safely leave and rejoin.
However, you can only have one game hosted (or joined!) by you per region. As such, if you:
1) Create game A on Europe
2) Leave game A
3) Create game B on Europe
Your game B will be permed. However, the second you create game B, game A is closed (assuming noone else is in it to keep it open).
Similarly, if game B is someone else's game and you merely join it, your game A is still gone the second you join.
If however you:
1) Create game A on Europe
2) Leave game A
3) Create game B on Americas
You now have game A permed on Europe AND game B permed on Americas and you can safely switch between them as you like.
They still get closed eventually (not sure how long exactly tbh..more than just a couple minutes though) after noone is left in the games but that was always true. The traditional perming though is now instant.
