Warlock crafted amulet PC

Any idea if this could have some kind of value?
I know the faster cast rate was left a little lower end as usual, but never know if someone might find it useful anyway?

Mara's Kaleidoscope is much better and if you need fcr most other caster amulets or rare amulets with +2 warlock and fcr will be better.
Since warlock is very popular at the moment you might be able to get an

Ist or so for it. For me this is something I would drop in a free items game to help new players.
