As far as I can see two out of 260 vortex shields sold had %ed and ar instead of all res. So you can try your luck but it may take forever to trade:

If it was Crown Shield you had value for VLLD and for LLD Akaran Targe , there is no need for res there when you hellbug Anya quests and a 4os one with perfect or close to perfect ar/ed will fetch you 5-10 Ber depending on roll
