+2 sorc skills, 10%fcr, 22%enhanced dmg, 20energy, 25life, all res 13. I think this is probably best Circlet I've ever found, plz give opinion on price, thank you

What is the required level?
All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
Unless it's a very very low level requirement it's really not that functional with only 10% FCR. The +20 Energy is a waste. Strength would be better. 13 All Res is okay.
Lightning Sorc - Griffons for damage, or Shako (MF / DR/ Mega Life and Mana).
Cold Sorc - Nightwings for damage, or Shako
Fire Sorc - Maybe? But Flickering Flame looks better. Or again Shako.
I could be wrong, but I wouldn't use it over a Shako for any build. Shako's cost ~ Pul.
