only 4 non- Eth thunder mauls were sold on diablo2.io so far and all were in 2021. On the other side 38 ethereal thunder mauls were sold:

IDK what build uses Thunder Maul. Fury druid with Breath of the Dying? But I would guess your non Eth Thunder Maul has no value.
